To complement our varied profiling capabilities, WPW offers a range of metal pressing forming facilities including CNC folding and bending supported by a welding department to offer complete precision sheet metalwork assemblies.

We have a fully equipped press brake department capable of bending up to 4 metre lengths in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The high-tech capabilities offered by our folding department free the designer from the traditional limitations of sheet metal forming.

With over 25 presses ranging from hand presses, through to conventional power presses up to 200 tonnes capacity we can work from sheet/cut blanks, strip, wire and coil. Combined with in house guillotining, production from progression, pierce and blank, pierce and crop, form, compound, draw, swaging, rivetting and assembly tools, WPW offers a service fulfilling short and medium run manufacturing.
